Service Description

2 hour 15 minute private pitching clinic & positive mentality session, customized for any level. Beginners to Advanced or a mix of both. Clinic includes an intro speech, warm ups specific for pitchers, balance exercises, pitching warm up and progression. Explanation of every step of pitching. Teaching from the start for beginners and taking them through a process. For advanced pitchers helping them with their mechanics or to fine tune specific pitches. Please provide catchers for all pitchers (players or adults). Over 14 girls has a rate increase. Travel costs to be applied depending on location. Please reach out to Kelly to arrange details.
