Service Description

Challenge your skills, receive help with fine tuning your mechanics and have fun doing in! There is a lot of detail that goes into healthy and balanced mechanics, consistently throwing strikes and feeling confident doing so. In this pitching clinic the girls will help fine tune the mechanics of fast pitch pitching with proper form, grip, footwork, arm circle, balance, alignment and power. They will come away with specific things to work on, how to tighten up their game, increase their knowledge of pitching and build confidence. Mental strategy and a positive approach to the mental game will part of this clinic as well. Limited capacity so each girl will get individual attention. ****Please bring a catcher (no charge for catchers) bring teammates if possible**** INTERMEDIATE + EXPERIENCED Pitching Clinic June 18th 10AM-12:30PM Intermediate: Pitchers that have fair to strong mechanics, good control of pitches and have some speed. Experienced: Pitchers that have very strong mechanics, very good control of pitches and good speed.
