Service Description

Pop Up Pitching Clinic! Level up your pitching skills! There is a lot of detail that goes into healthy and balanced mechanics, consistently throwing strikes, and feeling confident doing so. In this pitching clinic the girls will work on their mechanics of fastpitch pitching with proper form: grip, footwork, arm path, balance, front side resistance, snap, spin and more. They will learn ways to improve their pitching, how to pace the learning process and how to build confidence. Kelly will meet each girl where she's at and help her reach her next level. The clinic will be an encouraging and fun setting! Limited capacity so each girl will get individual attention. Pitchers please bring a ball to pitch with, with your name marked on it. ****CATCHERS: Pitchers to please bring a catcher, teammates if possible. Catchers will get good work in too.
